Arkansas High Country Route #1

The "Section 1 South" map consists of one loop of 500 miles beginning and ending in Little Rock, the state's capital. It includes several miles of bike trail and meandering roads along the scenic Arkansas River corridor, 67 miles of optional singletrack on portions of the Lovit and Womble trails, long views from extended ridges of Queen Wilhelmina State Park and Poteau Mountain in Ouachita National Forest, and the grueling yet dramatic ascent of Mt. Magazine. ;
