Bridging the Summer Gap with Maps101

Each state has a GeoQuest for that state’s geographic information. Students will focus on the geographic features and resources of their state to determine the quality of life there. This is a great reentry to the school year as students focus on where they are and the features of place.

At the start of the year, world history will focus on the earliest river valley civilizations in Mesopotamia.
